Since 2009, Consultant Expert en Construction is an independent consulting firm officially founded in 2016 by Ayadi Sofian, oriented towards research and innovation.

Our work tends to question the traditional approach to consulting and to free us from the practices prevalent in our direct environment. By offering new answers to questions of context, form, function and technical issues, and by broadening our sources of inspiration, ranging from philosophy to natural sciences, our consultation adopts a unique approach renewed to each project, in the ultimate goal of arousing an emotion, a “pragmatic emotion.”

We work on different types of projects: housing, equipment, infrastructure, and at different scales, from start to finish. We define and manage the schedule while ensuring project monitoring, both for public and private orders.
